Murmurations is a conversation and site-specific collaboration between José Arenas and Kent Manske created for the March 2022 exhibition Pathways: An Exhibition about mapping, navigation, wanderlust and boarders curated by Nanette Wylde at Ark Art Gallery in San Jose, California. The work is an effort to humanize migration and the individual stories we carry from place to place.

The below conceptual studies for the installation were used for the exhibition postcard and exhibition catalog available through Hunger Button Books.
